That’s because you only really need to focus on the number eight, as this is how many reps of a move you’re going to do before moving onto the next eight and the next eight move. The aim is to do as many sets of eight as you can in four minutes – and it should hopefully be more than one! An example of one set would include eight burpees, eight jumping jacks, eight push-ups, and eight squats.
