One of the best ways to trick yourself into eating healthier is to stash all of the unhealthy food on the top shelf, behind all of your other food, or even throw it away entirely. If you can’t reach it with ease, you’ll be more inclined to forget about it. Instead, pop the healthy food at the front, so it’s the first thing you see and reach for. Utter genius.

Eating healthily doesn’t need to be a chore, and it doesn’t need to be difficult.
